UTT GROUP respects your privacy. This Policy explains which personal data we collect through our website, why we collect them, how we protect them and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

WHO WE ARE

THE DATA WE COLLECT

We collect only the data necessary for the purpose for which you provide them:

  • Contact details (full name, company, email, phone, message) when you fill in the contact form.
  • Technical data (IP address, device and browser type, pages visited) through cookies, as described in the Cookie Policy.

We do not collect special categories of data (e.g. health data) and we do not address minors.

WHY WE USE THEM

  • To respond to your request and communicate with you (legal basis: pre-contractual measures or our legitimate interest).
  • For the operation, security and improvement of the website (legal basis: our legitimate interest or your consent for non-essential cookies).
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

WHO WE SHARE THEM WITH

We do not sell or rent personal data. Access may be granted only to service providers acting on our behalf (e.g. website hosting, form delivery service, analytics tools), bound by confidentiality agreements, as well as to public authorities where required by law. HOW LONG WE KEEP THEM

Contact messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and for no longer than 12 months, unless a partnership arises or a legal obligation requires longer retention. Cookie data are kept for the periods stated in the Cookie Policy.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restricted to authorised persons only and cooperation with reliable providers. In the event of a breach likely to affect your rights, we will inform you and notify the competent authority, as required by law.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, send an email to info@uttgroup.gr. We will respond within one month.

If you believe that the processing violates the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
